How do you think these cookies will turn out? like in texture..?

i know it says crisp ...but how crisp?

If you use brown sugar instead of white sugar they will be softer. If you want a cookie some where in between crisp and soft you could try using 1/2 the amount of white sugar and substitue brown sugar for the remainder. Remember that you need to ';pack'; the brown sugar to get the correct amount. Go ahead and try the recipe as it is written, I think it will turn out well.How do you think these cookies will turn out? like in texture..?
It all depends on how long you bake the cookies. Take them up a few minutes early if you want them soft and chewy. Cook them for longer if you want them crispier. Just be careful not to burn them.
Probably crisper more like a sugar cookie dough. If you are testing recipe, really shouldn't change it.





Doesn't a cookie recipe with brown sugar plus granulated sugar mixture make for a softer cookie?
