I think people who have dark skin tend to have harder skin than those with light skin colour. I've seen really white people having skin like bacon who'se skin seemed mild-soft. I am brown and my skin seems between soft and hard.





It is purely genetics. And genetics found the way through the weather in this case with the co-relation between skin colour/texture.


There are plenty of genetic identities on the planet, and it is separated in groups. For instance bald men usually have the same body characteristics in the world (back hair, usually compact body types).
